Bills not paid by the 17th day of the billing month (Or Monday following the 17th day of the month on a weekend) thereafter become delinquent, and will be subject to a penalty charge. If any bill is not paid by the last business day of the month of the following month, the water thereafter maybe disconnected, without further notice. Payments received after 4:00pm shall be credited the following business day. A late payment charge will be added to a customer’s account if that Customer’s bill is not paid within the date due on the bill. The late payment charge will equal ten percent (10%) of the bill amount. The late payment charge will be based on current charges only. The late payment charge shall not be compounded on further delinquencies.
